Financial advisor assistant interview questions shared by candidates
The conversation was really casual. After I gave my self-introduction, the interviewer asked "what makes you different from others?" You can talk about your hobbies and your past experience. The key is to leave a good impression on the interviewer.
Pretty straight forward questions, no behavioral questions. They are just looking to hire experienced professionals with licenses and a track record with sales experience.
*Nothing incredibly challenging. I was currently employed and the most difficult question that I continued to face was why I was leaving my current employer. Difficult to balance career advancement and goals while not sounding like you are simply chasing a higher income.
