diversity is when there is a variety of different people whether its african americans, mexicans, men or women. i think its very important that there is variety in the workplace because it makes the customers more comfortable to shop there and ask questions if they have someone to talk to that shares similar qualities as them.
this in an extremely unlikely interview question, since the interviews are standardized and managers are prohibited from asking any questions that aren't in the interview guide. What are your strongest characteristics, your strengths, your goals? When you understand these things well and have practiced a little bit, you can easily answer a question like this.... which is (in this context) intended to be both fun AND offer some insight into your personality.
