Name a time when you have serviced a large number of people

Referred to a time of past employment where I helped out a customer with a situation.

I explained a particular scenario in which I actually did not manage to resolve the guests complaint. I explained every step I tried to take but pointed out that sometimes there is no resolution possible for the complaint. Sometimes, both you and the guest understand that there is no positive conclusion for their issue but the guest feels the need to have their frustration heard. So you cannot take it personally.
