answer truthfuly in a place on the ward that other staff members and patients cannot hear you. Talk to CNM or Person incharge. ANd also report this to your YWH consultant. Less

first bring your complaints to doctor and nurses. Be as specific as i can and ask how my complaint can be resolved. I can also ask to speak to a hospital social worker who can help me solve problems and identify resources. Social workers also organize services and paperwork when patients leave the hospital. Less
