Customer Service is about the way you make customers FEEL. They want to feel important. Be sincere, LISTEN, and be respectful.

They will ask several enterprise networking and server questions to gauge your knowledge. However, none of the work is on the enterprise level. This company uses lots of End-User Desktop computers loaded with Windows XP Professional as a server, which is plauged with lots of problems.

Again, the interview was more like a conversation. I can't really recall any specific questions, but there were no curveballs, no trick questions, no "test" questions. Easily the most comfortable interviews I've ever had.
