There were no difficult questions. All common sense and about situations from previous jobs.

Questions related to effectively working in bureaucratic organizations

Can you say "No" when others request your assistance to keep your workload manageable? Can you multitask in every sense of the word? Explain?

Technical questions focused on strategic approach and alignment of policies with business needs; personality fit questions were more challenging as they covered philosophical approaches to various topics (role of regulation/compliance, challenges in replacing low performers without org. disruption).

About half the question were irrelevant to the job and personal in nature such as if I was married (illegal)
