The first couple calls were very conversational and require little preparation. For the final interview they ask why Northwestern Mutual, why now, and why you (as the candidate)?

I responded that I felt that Northwestern was a great company and had a lot of credibility. It was the perfect Summer for me to try an internship there and the commission/risk of not having a steady paycheck wouldn't be a problem. I explained my passion, grit, and experiences with confidence to answer the last question. Less
