The process went very smoothly. The recruiter that I worked with was very polite and welcoming. She made it clear that iCIMS would be a great company to work for.

Interview
First had a phone interview then was invited to complete an optional video interview. A week or so later I got an email inviting me to interview on site. Went to interview spoke with different directors. The next week after the interview I had one last phone interview with one of the directors who was unable to meet. Got offer two days later.
