They reached out to me after seeing my profile indeed. They asked if I was interesting about learning more about the position and I set-up a call with them. The call was essentially an interview as they started firing off questions about my work experience.

Interview
It started with a video interview that I had to send. This was followed by a phone screening with HR. She provided a brief overview of the company and role and asked a few basic pre-screening interview questions. The third interview involved speaking with two senior managers.
I found the entire process unprofessional, with emails sent to me that had no subject lines. The third interview was also rescheduled just half an hour before it was supposed to start. I was never given any information about the interview process or wait times, and the senior managers appeared to be unprepared and disengaged. It felt like the interviews were conducted solely to fulfill legal requirements.
Similar to reviews from previous employees, the company raised red flags from the beginning.
