Basic information and if you enjoyed talking on the phone. Was a script on the phone. However, in person, it was way more demanding. ***Be prepared to sell them something- be ready for this! They will give you a blank paper and pen and put you in an empty office and tell you to call a number when you are ready. You could even have this in your pocket before going there! Be persistent and aggressive. They will say NO, NO, NO all day long. If you still ask for the sale no matter what, you should be hired. Be tough, they will be very evasive on the mock call.

No particularly tough questions. If you accept the requirements for this [position for the first year as a lead generator more than as a sales person, then ask pointedly for the job from the Sr, Director of Enterprise Sales. Simply put - close the deal with this guy. He wants to see the candidate ask four the job then and there.

As this was a sales position the interview questions revolved around previous sales experience, working with others in a fast paced team environment and on overcoming challenges.

Interviewer went into a detailed explanation of how much money people COULD earn then after ten minutes talking about the possibilities gave the reality of the position - would you work for $30-$35,000 salary?
