How would you handle a difficult employee?

I would be objective and assess situation and deal matter immediately.
Final manager asked no questions as if she had already made her mind up. Unprofessional demeanor, awkward and quite rude. I asked her questions since she had only 1 for me. "Did you tell your current manager that you were interviewing for this job today?"

This question asked is irrelevant because it gives her no insight into whether I was right for this job. It was more of an ethics question which was not her business or concern. How I handle myself with my current manager is not her business. All my preparation went for naught because she didn't have the decency to really interview me. I called up the HR recruiter and told them I was no longer interested and relayed the reasons. Less
