I would consider 1- Looking at demand patterns at other sites/regions and looking at moving inventory 2- Working with pricing team to offer discounts to drive demand 3 - Add it as a kit with another item and sell it 4 - Scrap it Less

Firstly, I would evaluate whether there’s a seasonality. (e,g, Prior to black Friday, we may encounter decrease in demand because people don’t buy until it’s black Friday. If there’s no seasonality issues - Short-term solutions : From demand aspect Increase demand by 1. Bundling 2. Discount (coordination with Pricing / Marketing team) From supply aspect : a. For non-perishable products that have salvage value – Return to supplier b. For perishable products – Resell it to bakeries or scrap them Long-term solution : Adjust the demand forecast model (increase forecast accuracy) Adjust inventory model (decrease safety stock) Less

I have never used this database and don't manage inventory in my current job.

Hello. You say the entire process took 3+ months. I hate to ask but where you notified that you were not selected for the position? I interviewed with them and after the interview they told me that I would be notified in writing (mail) either way. I've heard that before in the private sector and we all know what that means, but based on the fact that it's a government organization I would think they actually would follow through and mail some type of response. Thanks. Less

As the manager of ______ , I took initive and lead of many projects. I had implemented many new ways to complete truck faster and more efficiently. I also took my employees thoughts and concerns to heart and tried to rectify any grievances immediately to avoid turnovers. Less

I said I would research the sales history of the product to see if that is what caused the negative availability. I would also look at the movement of the product such as PO receipts, variance adjustments and inbound or outbound transfers that may not have been processed. Once the root cause is found, that would determine the correction process which may entail a cycle count, receiving / adjusting a PO, process a return / exchange of a sale if it has been determined that the wrong product was rung up, Less

Had to terminate a female employee who was badly injured from a fire. It had been proven via testimony to us that she covered herself with gasoline and lit it off to get even with a boyfriend, but she said it was due to an accidental kitchen fire. Fire Marshall report also verified she was not telling truth. Our policy said no coverage from 'self-inflicted' incidents and she had lied to us about the cause of the fire. As I told her she was being terminated, I was looking at a melted face, and compresses on each of her arms, and in a torso cast. This was three months post incident and investigation. You don't feel good after a day like that one! Less

The hardest thing I had to do is doing something for others

There is no wrong answer, but the question is made to get you to discuss what kind of person you are. Many companies are very team driven. So if you say you are the center of attention, mention that you still like to get everyone's input and talk to everyone at the party. Less

I would be the person in/at the center of attention and not just for all the attention but because I don't drink nor smoke but I do love to have fun and love to dance even if I dance alone. I like to make people feel comfortable and see that I am approachable and that I get along with everyone and not standoffish. Less

I think it depends on what position you are applying for. What does the job require. Less
