A time when a coworker and i worked together to meet a goal was when it was a very busy work day, we both were starting to get overwhelmed with helping customers. We had an expectation to assist every customer in the store because we were the only associates on duty. we teamed up and decided one person would talk to the customer directly, and the other would bring them where they needed to go or direct them in the right direction. Hi there! Sorry late reply. Just look the part - dress well/made up - not over the top though, after all this is a beauty consultant role. Ofcourse, just show your personality and be yourself :) Job is varied enough, different vibes in different stores. Some days are better than others - but then again you can say that about anything. In the end, it's all about your attitude and interest. Goodluck! Less

It's illegal to ask if you have a car- they got around that by saying reliable transportation. And it's could bends ruminators to ask if you get sick a lot. Say you have a chronic illness, not hiring someone is discrimination. Less
