Listening to customer needs, clearly communicating out the process and services we can provide, and continuing to make sure the expectations are appropriate, can be met, and ideally exceeded. The customer should not feel like the product, the product is the tool to create a relationship between the customer and oneself, and the goal is to see the customer succeed and grow.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, how comfortable are you with Windows Servers

They were easy, routine questions. Some were technical questions to see if I knew the job and could solve technical problems. Most were on compatibility and manageability, questions. They were very much concerned about my adaptability to the company's culture.
