I would simply like a competitive wage and commision stucture for the field. Other aspect like medical, vacation, bonuses all come into play when accepting an hourly wage. I would be ok with the offer as long as it was in line with the current market conditions. Less

Try to get as much information as possible to figure out the problem, get help from a manager or coworker if needed. Let the customer know that it can be resolved and explain what I will do to resolve it. Less

First of all I would give them my undivided attention. Second I would find out their name and use it in talking with them. Third I would have them tell me how they feel about the experince. I would hear them out fully without interupting. I would then confer with my boss to see the best way to handle the issue and make make ammends for the experience. Less
