Labeling specialist interview questions shared by candidates
Troubling question everyone wanted to know: How influential are you? How would you go about getting someone to do a job they don't think is their job to do?
I think work is about relationships and personalities. You need to get to know the folks you're working with in order to understand their motivations, needs, obstacles etc... Just a note: there is a problem with corporate culture if a job that needs to be accomplished is perceived as being extraneous or not within the realm of someone's scope of work. There is some trouble here.
