In my opinion, this is a trick question; what they want to know is that you'll do whatever you're asked to do without question. In the real world this isn't always the best thing to do, but of course you wouldn't say that in an interview!

They do customize questions according to the jobs. So prepare yourself. For my job, I was asked about my experience, projects I worked on, how I overcame a difficult situation at work, etc. I applied for a couple of other positions within the organization as well without success. As you can imagine, there will be many applicants for one opening.
