There are certain tasks library pages may not help patrons with. If you took a patron to the information desk for assistance, and they came back and told you they had been standing in line for a long period of time, what would you do?

How well do I work on my own and accomplish tasks without being watched over or reminded?

It was awhile ago, more than 5 years ago. So I really did not recall any interview questions in detail. Many of them were very straight forward. I do remember one question I did not answer was, "tell me about your strength". What am I good at? This question was asked during the second part of the interview process. I can not think of anything, so I did not answer that.

Have you ever had a dispute with a fellow employee, if so, how was it resolved?

How would you deal with a problem with a supervisor?

What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
