I meet with them one on one to get to know them, I listen to their stories, taking notice to their hobbies, past jobs, crafts or interests around their rooms and try to find special projects that they can do to be helpful around the community. There are a lot of residents that like to participate and be helpful, just not in a group setting. You just need to spend a little time with them to find out what they like. Less
