Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Chicago, IL) in May 2015.

Interview

Initially, there was a group interview with ten to twelve candidates. All candidates seemed well educated and had a solid reason for being there. I got emailed back for second interview. Both interviews were relatively laid back, the manager was very friendly. They want people who are passionate about their apparel, fashion, making their store a better place.

Interview Questions

  • What is your favorite way to sweat? What would your previous employers miss the most and least about you? What is one of your failures and how did you learn from it?   Answer Question

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Calgary, AB (Canada)) in June 2019.

    Interview

First step was a group interview where there were 7 people interviewed by 2 supervisors and was scheduled for an hour but only lasted 30 minutes. If you moved on to the 1-on-1 interview you were emailed to schedule the interview. The 1-on-1 interview was with the store manager and was scheduled for a half hour. The last step was to complete a security check and reference check before starting their training which lasts a week. The entire interview process took less than two weeks but from application to first contact was a few months.
