about my schooling & training in Maintenance, If my boss was a woman would I have a problem with this? Over time?

3 Answers

I have no problem with a woman being my boss, I have no problem working over time, I have a lot of schooling and training. But my Problem is that I'm a older person and I feel that they would not offer me for the job because of my age, They did Hire a younger person that I know with less Schooling and less training, less years of experience then me. So in the long run they will not hirer a older person. This Company is UNFAIR to the older people with Experience Less

This is very True about this company in Wautoma, The old saying is not what you know but Who you know!!!!! Less

I'm the person that they hired,I feel that the young people should come first then the older people. Less

I gave them the definition of Ohm's Law, And I drew an electrical diagram with the components asked for. The main thing to remember during this whole interview process is that not only are they looking for what you know, they're looking for your honesty and work ethic.
