1 Answer

I do not.

How I would address credibility with the teams I would be serving.

What are your strengths

1 Answer

Career aspirations and goals - they really try to help you find what is best for you and aligns with your future plans.

Basic questions like why drew you to Saggezza. Overall, I thought the questions were somewhat weak and did not drill in enough. Either they had already assessed that they didn't like me (although I didn't get that impression) or that is their standard. I like casual interviews, but when I was told the second interview was more behavioral interviewing, I walked away feeling like it was definitely NOT a behavioral interview.

Most questions were specific to my experience and how I will fit into their culture. Be prepared to convince them why you want to join a mid-sized company.

What does success in this role look like to you and how will you measure it?
