The biggest question was about whether I was willing to sign a non-compete. I know they are serious about this because I have heard through the grapevine about them enforcing this. Take it seriously!

I was fine signing the non-compete, because with the salary they are offering I do not plan to go anywhere else. If you think you might want to work somewhere else in the area if SOS doesn't work out, this probably won't work for you. Less
