While working with QTC I saw a claimant with approximately 35 complaints and was reminded that final report was due in 48 hours. I knew it was not possible to finis it in that amount of time but was told to just proceed and fill out responses as best I could. I was not comfortable responding to complaints in that manner as it would not serve the claimant’s best interest and did in my way even though I did not finish within the deadline. I was penalized for that. K Less
