Must have a precipitation hardenable alloy. Solutionize and quench it to get the elements into solution. Age the alloy to get the elements to precipitate out. Do not get the temperature too hot or leave the alloy in the furnace for too long or else the precipitates will get too big and coalesce, which decreases the desired properties.
