The Stubs program was the hardest, they give you the pamphlet 5 to 10 minutes before the interview and expect you to have memorized most of it.
I keyed in on the parts I liked so I could talk energetically about it but still it felt like the guy thought it was insufficient. They'd like you to focus on the fact it can be "self renewing" because if you see over a 100 movies a year you can get the money on the card required to renew.
It's really not that difficult. All you have to do is look it up beforehand to find out the benefits, and then you won't be in a rush to read the pamphlet they give you. Do some math before you go as well, and then you'll know how many movies someone has to see and what they have to buy to make their money back.
