There have been so many instances of situations where I've provided excellent customer service, it is hard to pick just one. I then went into a specific time of how I professionally handled an irritated customer at a previous retail job, positively resolved the issue and turned what would have been a return, into an additional sale.
I don't remember my answer. Most questions were these type, and in lieu of asking anything that would allow a significant understanding of what the potential employee (me) could bring to the organization.
Comment: This is the department leader's way of saying, you will be doing a ton of busy work how I want it, when I want it and you will not complain. See Question 1 above. Unless you enjoy administrative work and tasks, this question is a red flag.
