How did you resolve an almost impossible customer and what was the outcome?

The manager asked, "why should I hire you? Why should I take that risk?" Other than that it was pretty much straightforward interviewing. No real curve balls but it does depend on who you interview with. It is a large company so it could be different.

Can't really remember, pretty standard stuff asking how I would grow the Team Sales business, what I had learned in my past position.
