I have little programming background, but I am able to follow code when presented with an issue... seemed to be fine but as it turns out; they wanted an employee with more programming and development. This was not part of the job posting description unfortunately.

I had some fairly pointed questions from a VP on service levels, it seemed to be more of affirmation of their thoughts versus any specific discussion of what I could bring for value in the area.
