It wasn't so much "what" they asked. It was "how" they asked. They had an attitude from the minute they walked into the room. One of the questions I asked them was "what kind of training do you have to get employees ramped up to speed?"

Their response was they expect to hire senior sales individuals who can hit the phones running. So, basically there is NO training. I should have read all the Glassdoor comments posted before me to know that I should NOT have wasted my time with these very unprofessional people. I knew during the first 15 minutes that I didn't want to waste the next 4 hours of my life with these people. I will always look at Glassdoor before any interview going forward!
