From Leader: We are in need of someone with a good eye for detail yet have the vision to take on unit based quality projects and see them through. How do you think your experience and skill set fits our need?
As a project leader, I need to keep my eyes on the goal and part of that is making sure all of the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. For example, managing the bedside calls and chart audits to collect project data is extraordinarily detail oriented yet to be able to paint the big picture, perform continuous project improvements to the program and present outcomes requires a broader vision.
