This question is tricky if you've never had a job, since it's left vague on purpose to test you. The most important thing is to NEVER say anything about texting. That's not what the question is asking. You won't get refused if you do, but it's the wrong answer.
Touched upon retail sales experience and the difficulties in understanding their needs. I obtained abundant product knowledge to better communicate with customers. This lead to a more coherent, beneficial relationship with the customer. This same logic and solution can be applied to the store I was applying to work for.
What i don't even know what this job is? But this was a job situation related questions. There were looking for traits specific to what would make that position and you fit well and if you did not fit what they were looking for then it would be harder to get the job. Best to just be yourself in this kind of situation and do what you would normally do in life and that is how i answered it.
