I told them I had no issues with that, and that i normally communicate well with all kinds of people.
For me it is not the matter of level of education we have. It is not the matter of how to do things we already knew but instead, it is the matter of how we behave when we don't know what to do. As long as there is unity and understanding in doing our jobs, I strongly believe that we can pass every challenges and problems we may encounter.

Politely explain to the customer that your system does not show a credit balance. Ask her to supply proof of payment so that you can research the matter to determine if her payment was incorrectly applied. Perhaps her payment was not credited to her account because an account number was missing or illegible or misinterpreted or keyed incorrectly. Never assume the customer is wrong just because your system may indicate that. Sometimes errors happen within your company due to no fault of the customer.
This question is probably one of the most difficult interview questions I've heard- it requires you to have been in a very specific situation that fits the question. This was asked during the group panel interview.
