I didn't bother admitting my skills are not unique or that my personal optimism couldn't be found elsewhere but that the combination of these 2 as well as my personal desire to work for an organization whose goal is clear, good, and simple were my unique traits.

I love it. Although it can be a messy and rough time for everyone, and new procedures and policies can create chaos, it is a beautiful chaos. Change throughout the entire organization means improvement and growth.
