Listen as long as customer speaks, stay positive and calm, write down all details of the problem and customer’s name and location, start smiling in end of customer’s story, ask how can you help and what can I do for you, always use Yes Sir, and Yes ma’am during the whole conversation. In a beginning customer is angry and upset, by the end of conversation customer must be satisfied even partially. You can listen and send IM message to the management to ask for help, I was doing it multiple times. They always help and happy to guide you, you have to understand the problem and transfer your customer to the proper person who handles such claims. You need to know every department and who handles what before staring helping customer, always have you extensions directory near you and always provide the best service possible! Make your customer happy, try some jokes in the end of conversation and provide them with your direct email and phone in case it wasn’t solved during next few hours. Stay engaged with your customer no matter what. Complain about this call to your team members later! Less
