Listen as long as customer speaks, stay positive and calm, write down all details of the problem and customer’s name and location, start smiling in end of customer’s story, ask how can you help and what can I do for you, always use Yes Sir, and Yes ma’am during the whole conversation. In a beginning customer is angry and upset, by the end of conversation customer must be satisfied even partially.
