I told him I was the best candidate because of my 16 years of experience with customer service with two major telecommunication companies (Verizon and AT&T) plus I work for the retention department which is a high level position. You need to gain customer trust again and make sure they stay with the company. Also I'm bilingual and that a plus for the agent position.
since free travel was the only reason any sane person would want to work for this low salary involving shifts in the middle of the night, it was difficult to come up with a reason that didn't have you saying outright you wanted the free travel.
I know you and your partner ASIG mainly ASIG don't give benefits or paid vacations not even a discount on airfare for your most hard trusted workers dealing with frustrated passengers on a day to day basis. You have supervisors in their who abuse their authority with new hires. You change schedules at a whim confusing employees to come in on days they could have sworn it was an off day. The workers work 5-6 hours shifts and have to wait for the 30 minutes after the plane they were servicing takes off and they barely have a lunch break, anybody looking to lose weight should come to you guys.Oh yeah the uniforms are cheap and itchy especially when it rains. So many people don't even stay their for three months because its not worth it.
Be empathetic, by placing yourself in their situation and treat them as you would want to be treated if you were in the same position. Being professional, kind, and assisting them to the best of your ability, keep them abreast of your progress and seek help if you are unable to completely satisfy their needs.
