Focus on the customer in front of you and complete the interaction before moving on - if you leave an unresolved TPR or DUR or CMD you or a co-worker will pay the price later Stay aware of the numbers so you know if there's a bottleneck and compensate by shifting your priorities or quoting realistic delivery times Less
