1 Answer

Give me an example of a time where you gave great customer service.

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do to handle it?

They ask for examples of how I had dealt with angry customers in previous roles. They also ask my opinion on current processes and how I thought they could be changed or improved. I liked the fact that they seemed to value my experience from other avenues and welcomed new viewpoints. It appeared that they were willing and open to improvement and not just stuck in "this is they way we do it".

Interviewer did most of the talking, really wasn't any one question that jumped out...mostly about me and my background.

Most questions were vague and broad, not many related specifically to the job. "Why do you feel you would be a good fit for this position", "how would your former coworkers describe you", "give us an example of a very difficult situation you had to deal with", etc.

Tell me about a time you and your staff had an disagreement and what was the final outcome.
