I was trying to tell her that I wanted to get back into the cooking industry, and she saw my bluff. She said it was okay to be honest, that it wouldn't hurt my chances of getting the job. The hardest part about giving excellent customer service is that sometimes people are just bad customers. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, can be impatient, and can treat others poorly. I like to make somebodies bad day better. When I personally have a problem with a service that I receive I always convey my dissatisfaction with politeness and respect. Even if I don't receive that in return, I keep my smile and cool. I may need to go home at the end of the day or night and frag some zombies in Call of Duty but in the moment at work, I keep my head.
