What would you do if a mother was looking for a pair of shoes for her son, but the size was not on the shelf?

1 Answers

This is pretty common sense to me, but check back stock. Call another Target to see if the item is at that store. Have it transferred if possible to your store. Direct the guest to the Target website. Write a rain-check. If all else fails, try to find a similar model in the same size. Reiterate you would do everything possible to help the guest. Less

Interview process is very simple all you have to do is to stick with the answers you reveal about yourself during the first level of interview.First interview is HR which is just to test your english language.they will ask the following questio ns.WHY MCKINSEY? WHY THIS PROFILE?WHAT IS YOUR AMBITION? when we say something they ll shoot a question IF YOUR AMBITION IS THIS THEN WHY DO YOU ENDED UP HERE?Just tell them that you wanted BPS to be your profession and your ambition to be your passion.Just answer with confidence.Repeat the same answer when ever they try to confuse you.Second round is powerpoint presentation of thier company profile ,just chill out ,Nobody will questioni you there but after that round they ll shoot question based on that powerpoint presentation.MCKINSEY is a business consulting firm. They solve issues related to business queries but we have nothing to do with that all we ll be assigned to do is convert the manual copy into powerpointpresentation.Coming back you ll have written rest which ll be done online. Finally there ll be a HR round.....If selected they will call you for the final round an dthey ll invite you to mckinsey for the lost rounds of interviews. One HR and one technical round is all you have to get thru. They ll ask u wT is ur life time achievement answer genuinely. You ll get selected. If not don lose hope we r born to face difficulties no failures.:-)tc Less
