YES, the current AI technology is mainly based on deep learning neural network model technology, the more accurate historical data the better prediction result. For simple application, AI technology may not require but adopting AI is an indicator of industry leadership and could generally promote business. (Background: during the interview, I outlined 4 areas that HVAC may require improvements: 1. Preventive fault diagnosis; 2. IoT-Connected; 3. My answer was - "because I got burnt out by unreasonably large amount of work I was in charge of". Wrong answer - even if it's true! Gives an impression of you being lazy and/or easily overwhelmed by the large amount of work. Less
