Fielded a phone call for a woman looking to host her own 60th birthday party. Fielded all questions she had on the phone and then met with her and her party planners multiple times to evaluate the space, go over design plans she had, address timing of guest arrival, proposed multiple different food and beverage packages that we offered. Discussed the three tiers of wine offerings and the benefits of each. I was available for onsite day of deliveries. Met with the host at arrival and ensured that she had everything she needed and that our staff was prepped and ready to go for the event! Less
