Process development engineer i interview questions shared by candidates
Tell me about a time no matter what you did, you couldn't meet the needs of a client.
I didn't answer it this way of course but my thoughts: how does that relate to process development and how you will function as a beginner? If you can't meet specifications in a lab, you have to change your approach, and that is literally all one can say. Sometimes science just doesn't work, and there is nothing you can do to help it.
Know the structure of an antibody. Most difficult question was regarding antibody production but if you have a good understanding of biochem you should be able to deduce the answer. Do not be nervous. Show a lot of confidence and be able to answer why you think they should hire you over someone else. Also in case you are asked, do some research on salary for the position because you may be asked what your expectations are and you don't want to undersell yourself.
