For this question, I answered by first expressing how important it is to ask for help. This shows the employer that you value the importance of teamwork. I also discussed the importance of transparency in the workforce (i.e. letting my team know when I am overwhelmed, and if/when it is becoming difficult to get work done. I then discussed the importance of organization, to make sure I am working towards meeting my deadlines in the future. Answering questions in this fashion, allow you to state the areas that need improvement, and express how you will combat these challenges. Less
