I think the best thing is to be honest with something you think they would like you to change, but be sure not to harm yourself in the process. For example, my answer was that I take too long to get ready sometimes when going out to social events. In thinking back, that could show that I need to improve on time management which could relate to my job performance. So I'm not sure if that was the best answer.
I told her each time my store would get a new fragrance in I'd wear it for the day to memorize it to better help my customers when there were days I couldn't smell anything from all the different smells being sprayed all day.
My Answer: I currently am going to school to complete my Unix Administration certification so at the moment I have no hands on experiance. I intially was not aware that Unix was required, should I leave now? My Comment: The interviewers laughed and told me to just stay put...it wasnt that big of a deal. --but apparently it was since I didnt get the job because I lacked Unix experiance.
My Answer: My strenght can also be my weakness. I am dedicated to what I am working on and I will not give up. Even if that means I work after hours, weekends or at home on it, I want it to be as close to perfect as possible. Sometimes that is a good thing and sometimes that is a bad thing. Depends on how you look at it. My Comment: Boy...I really, really hate that question!!!!!
