Could you say more about the Excel test? I am wondering if it's the same basic test, even in different countries. Less

The only thing I remember is it makes you actually take the real steps, you can't use shortcuts. So if you've been using Excel for years and years you actually have to stop & think. But seriously, with how bad they go through people, you could probably totally screw it up & you'll be fine. Less

I think challenging problem solving doesn't come from an everyday and focused activity but from an open mind due to broad experience. If you require a problem solution to an everyday activity, you require a change to be done and people to be able to think of alternative ways. Less
How do you respond to a customer that might be making a decision that you feel is not in their best interest?

Listen to their point of view and then offer my suggestion and reasons for my suggestion. Try to incorporate the customer's point of view to keep them engaged in the decision making process and to prevent them from becoming defensive. Less
