Why you have left previous job?

1 Answers

I was doing temporary job and my job was not secure so i left that job.

One of the male Chiropractor's asked me if I was or was planning on becoming pregnant (illegal to ask). What medications I was currently taking (illegal to ask). What my Mother does for a living (not illegal, but just weird to ask). Also said to me "there seems to be a delay in your answers" (i.e. I was slow), told him I was trying to think about my answers before I blurted them out since this was an interview... Sorry I was taking up too much of your precious time!

because in receptionist position you must multitask to receive incoming call and guest. being calm and proffesional in front guest. always check and attention to detail is important too & handle distraction well. i think i have the main reason for this role. Greeting guests and connecting them with the right staff Managing visitor traffic Answering and directing phone calls Maintaining visitor security procedures (guest logs, visitor badges, etc.) Accepting and routing deliveries and/or daily mail When creating a receptionist job description, the first step is to make sure all these basics are covered. Usually, the receptionist will end up doing much more than those basic duties. Many are also responsible for administrative tasks, special projects, and support for individual executives, and i have experience with administrative task and i can handle it. i care about the people i work with. i think i have aduqate education and work experience. in addition i am always enthuastic about what i do. this will be contribute positifly to growt of your company. If I was proficient in MS Word? Among other things that really were redundant and not really about the position.

Blank stare. Answered and thinking to myself, I've been doing this for almost 15+ years. Did not get a good vibe fron the interviewers. Very unprofessional atmosphere. How do interview with old t-shirt, jeans and plastic brackets. Not a good look for "the Hawks" organization. Walked out unimpressed and disappointed that such a huge organization would employ such mess. Represent the position and the organization. Would recommend they revamp their front office staff. Less
