If you are asked the question, "What do you see that challenges you the most about this position?" You don't want to go negative. You don't want to talk about how you are worried about the long hours, the culture, or you don't think you will be up to standard when it comes to certain kinds of work. What you do want to do is, say that you are excited about certain aspects of the job and that they will be new to you and that you really are going to work hard and do your best to perform will in.

If we were to contact your previous employer what skill set would they say would be most beneficial to our company if selected for a position.

No really difficult questions. However, she did ask me a LOT about the circumstances of my previous jobs - how exactly I came into them, people's names, who do I keep in touch with, etc. I thought it was a little unusual.
