I answered all questions honestly and found that I was viewed as being downing and negative towards my current department. If I had lied or failed to answer that would have been held against me as well

None of the questions are difficult or unexpected if you've been in the situation before. Dealing with a difficult customer, dealing with a difficult coworker, working under intense pressure, prioritizing. If you haven't done these things, then more than likely you won't get the job.
