Frontier Airlines will fire employees on spot regardless of question asked. In Denver Ramp operations Frontier fired 12 employees in two wk period for issues small as calling in tardy by 20 minutes. Frontier Airlines is operated by some very incompetent Management with no experience other than Airlines. Frontier Airlines has a very shallow bench in the business with no succession plan for top Mgt. Less

I was asked if I was willing to relocate if necessary, as the company has 40 properties in UK and Ireland and career progression means that the employee might have to switch between properties occasionally.

I was more than willing to relocate. In fact that was a major benefit for me as I feel that I am slowly priced out of London and feel I might have to move soon. Less

The questions were pretty basic to how you would handle customer service situations. Like describe a time you had to make a diffuclt choice. or tell of a time you went above and beyond for a customer.

I AM INTERESTING ABOUT RESERVATION AND AIRLINE GROUND AGENT.

None really, the interview was pretty basic Customer Service questions. The person doing the interview, while nice, was very short with me, and didn't give much feedback. She also led me on to believe that I got the job, and said she would be in contact within 5 days. She got in contact with me on day 7(via email) to say they were going to "pursue" other candidates. So here I've been assuming I had a job, to find out 7 days later I don't. Very disappointing and lost a lot of respect for Enterprise.

Guess I better use my white voice for the interviews coming up. Smh. Its almost 2019... they need to mark their calendar Less

Lost a lot of respect for Enterprise after this. Don't lead prospected employees on that they have a job to EMAIL them 7 days later saying you are going to "pursue" other candidates especially after telling the person they would be a great fit and have a lot of experience. Less
